Nakuru City is set to host a major multi-sector business event next week as organizers of the Bizlink Trade Expo (BTEXPO) 2026 announce plans to bring together at least 6,000 participants.
The three-day exhibition will take place from March 5th to 7th, 2026 at the Rift Valley Sports Club under the theme “Connecting Markets. Driving Enterprise Growth.”
Speaking during a press briefing, event organizer Joseph Namai said preparations are complete and exhibitors from various sectors have already confirmed participation.
“We are expecting over 6,000 people to attend this year’s expo. We have put in place all necessary measures to ensure a smooth event, including contingencies to address weather concerns,” Namai said, assuring exhibitors and visitors of a well-organized experience.
The Bizlink Trade Expo, branded as a Multi-Sector Business & Industry Exhibition, aims to provide a platform for businesses, innovators, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers to connect, showcase products and services, and explore new market opportunities.
According to the organizers, the expo will offer businesses an opportunity to connect with new markets, showcase products and services, build strategic partnerships, strengthen brand presence, and drive enterprise growth.
Activities lined up during the three-day event include exhibitions, networking sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, entertainment, and a dedicated kids’ corner to accommodate families attending the event.
The organizers have issued a call for exhibitors, encouraging enterprises across sectors to book exhibition spaces early. Businesses interested in participating can secure space through the provided booking lines.
The expo is expected to boost Nakuru’s growing reputation as a regional commercial hub, attracting traders, investors, and entrepreneurs from across the Rift Valley and beyond. With thousands of attendees projected, hospitality players and local traders are also likely to benefit from increased economic activity during the event period.
Namai emphasized that BTEXPO 2026 is designed not only as a marketplace but as a networking and learning platform where enterprises can exchange ideas, form partnerships, and tap into new opportunities.
The event will run for three consecutive days at Rift Valley Sports Club, Nakuru City, with organizers urging exhibitors to book early to secure prime exhibition slots.
