Woman, 38, Stabs Boyfriend Five Times in Thighs and Private Parts to Death

Kagio town in Kirinyaga County was left in disbelief as a 38-year-old woman took the life of her boyfriend, resorting to a brutal act of violence that left the entire community reeling.
Kirinyaga West sub-county police commander, Moses Koskei, revealed the horrifying details of the incident.
He stated, “She stabbed her boyfriend not once, not twice, but a total of five times.”
Koskei went on to specify the gruesome sequence of the attacks, saying, “Two times in his left thigh, two times in his right thigh, and the fifth time she ruthlessly stabbed him in his private parts.”
This shocking crime unfolded when the woman, a barmaid in the local trading center, voluntarily surrendered herself at Kagio police station shortly after the brutal incident occurred.
The reasons behind this heinous act remain shrouded in mystery as the authorities launch an intensive investigation into the circumstances that led the woman to commit such a gruesome act against her lover.
Both the victim and the assailant were known to the community, as they had been living together in a rented house along Baricho Road within the trading center.

Despite the woman’s surrender, law enforcement officials faced another daunting challenge – locating the murder weapon.
“We have not yet recovered the killer knife,” admitted Koskei, emphasizing the need to secure this crucial piece of evidence for their investigation.
He added, “We are expecting the suspect, who is currently in custody at Kagio police station, to cooperate with us and reveal where she hid the weapon, which will be used as a key exhibit in this case.”
