NG-CDF Bursaries Disbursed in Kuresoi North; Uwezo Funds Allocated for Youth and Women

In a momentous event held at Mau Summit Secondary School on Tuesday, March 12, Kuresoi North MP Alfred Mutai spearheaded the disbursement of NG-CDF bursaries amounting to a total of 48 million Kenya shillings.
This significant allocation aims to alleviate the financial burden on students, ensuring they can afford their school fees and pursue their education without hindrance.
Additionally, as a testament to his commitment to empowering the youth, women, and people with disabilities in the constituency, MP Alfred Mutai also allocated Uwezo funds.
This initiative is geared towards providing support and opportunities for these marginalized groups, fostering inclusivity and development within the community.
In a collaborative effort with NG-CDF Board Directors Mr. George Ole Meshuko and Uwezo Fund Director Madam Flora Kiprop Rono, the Kuresoi South MP launched a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan for the constituency.
This strategic blueprint sets forth a vision for the future development of Kuresoi South, outlining key objectives and initiatives aimed at uplifting the lives of its residents.
During the event, Hon. Onesmus Kimani Ngunjiri praised the efforts of MP Alfred Mutai in ensuring that all four wards of Kuresoi North are duly served and recognized.
Director Rono further underscored the dedication of the residents, acknowledging their consistency in applying for loans and contributing to the growth of the constituency.
The launch of the strategic plan was attended by notable guests, including CAS Hon. Kimani Ngunjiri, representatives from Hon. Liza Chelule’s office, the Uwezo Fund team from Nairobi, and leaders from various sectors within the constituency.
This collaborative effort signifies a shared commitment to advancing the welfare and prosperity of all constituents in Kuresoi South.
