Nakuru is set to host the second edition of the Nakuru Trade and Tourism Expo 2026 later this month, bringing together businesses, investors, entrepreneurs, and leaders from across the trade and tourism sectors.
According to a press statement released on Wednesday, the three-day event organized by TJ Premier Events will take place from May 28 to May 30, 2026, at the Rift Valley Sports Club in Nakuru under the theme: Connecting Trade, Tourism, and Investment for Inclusive Growth.”
The expo aims to strengthen socio-economic development by promoting local and regional trade, tourism, and investment opportunities in Nakuru and beyond.
Organizers said the event will feature exhibitions and conference sessions designed to create networking opportunities through business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), and public-private engagements.
“The platform will provide an opportunity for tourism and trade ecosystems to interact, share knowledge, and explore collaborative business opportunities,” the statement noted.
As the sustainability and conference partner, Ecotourism Kenya will support discussions on responsible business practices in both tourism and trade sectors, with a focus on sustainability and inclusivity.
The sessions are expected to emphasize the importance of responsible business conduct that creates long-term value, enhances stakeholder satisfaction, and builds resilient enterprises.
The expo is projected to attract participants from diverse sectors including travel, hospitality, trade, medical services, investment, and government.
Organizers have encouraged interested partners and participants to register and engage in the upcoming forum, which is expected to position Nakuru as a growing hub for trade, tourism, and investment in the region.
